Customer Experience
Customer experience is one of the critical areas that definitely need improvement in Ghana. We have personally experienced terrible customer service in Ghana, it has become the norm, something that we just expect when we go shopping. The customer service offered at Nation Fresh Groceries was surprisingly very good. No angry faces or frowns, just welcoming smiles and a willingness to help the customer. This is a good sign!
